This is a great location. The staff are always helpful and kind and do a great job being efficient, professional and meticulous in their processes. The manager runs the business well and Ashley is a phenomenal employee who brightens the day. I highly recommend this business.

My experience today was very positive. I was welcomed with a smile. The paperwork was processed quickly. I was immediately escorted to the room to give a blood sample. The sample process was quick and professionally withdrawn. The time from entering the front door to leaving was no than 15 minutes. I expect to receive the results in no more than 2-3 days.

Had a great visit! I was able to get my test scheduled in a timely fashion. The staff was polite, professional, and skilled…I seriously barely felt the needle for the blood draw. The staff was knowledgeable and able to offer guidance and answer all my questions. I found the price to be reasonable for the service being provided. I would definitely recommend to others needing lab services.

Last time I had my blood drawn, it was an experience that left me a tad scarred, mentally. So this time around I was nervous going into my visit at this new place. Took me a minute to warm up but the ladies there are super nice and comforting. Had me in and out quickly, no blown veins or passing out. They’re cool in my book.

This place is the best! Will always be going here for blood draws. I have had horrible experience during my life and was so anxious for today. I told them this ahead of time and they were extremely prepared. Christina did the blood draw and had Ashley come in to distract me. It was a pinch and over in record time. I barely even felt it go on! Was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Can not recommend these people enough!

Ashley is the BEST! I had an appointment and was seen immediately. She makes you feel so comfortable and is very skilled as a phlebotomist. Online scheduling and payment makes everything so much easier.

This was genuinely a great experience! I have a lot of medical related phobias and have had some awful experiences at other places, but the team at Any Lab Test Now was so great today. I arrived early and they were down to just go ahead with the test right away, Ashley was so kind and explained what she was doing and checked in about different things. I mentioned I hadn’t done blood testing before and she immediately moved to make sure I’d be okay if I did get lightheaded after. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Such an easy process made easier by a kind and cheerful staff !!

Work setup my order wrong but they explained what to do to get it fixed. The place was clean, comfortable chairs in the waiting room and they got me in and out quickly.Next time I have to do a similar test, I will go back.

I always have an excellent experience when I visit this location because the staff is always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. My recent visit last week, however was exceptional. Ashley took care of getting me signed in and was friendly and pleasant and was also the one to draw my blood. Not only was she able to find my vein quickly but she didn’t leave any bruises or black or blue marks which is usually not the case. Ashley is fabulous and I will keep coming back to this location whenever I need blood work.

I highly recommend this lab. Everyone that works there is friendly and personable. It doesnt have the feel of lab which made it a more comfortable environment. My veins are very hard to find and yet Christy was a rock star phlebotomist and found it quickly. She took very good care of me. I sure hope I dont need blood work again anytime soon but if I do, Ill be heading back to this lab.

I am 53 years old and have had a great deal of bloodwork in my lifetime, but this was (by far) my best experience! Saundra is amazing - her technique, her expertise and her lovely personality!I recommend this office most highly.

I was very lucky to have Glenna collect my labs when I was in the center. She was positive, efficient, and did a great job of carrying conversation to distract me from the blood draw. It was a refreshing experience to be treated like a person and not a number at a lab.

Tuesday and Eric were some of the best lab technicians I have ever had. I brought in a two-year-old for a blood draw, and they were able to draw blood quickly and precisely. They kept things light for my son to distract him through the process, and were confident and kind. I’m so thankful!

This is an easy and hard recommendation. My daughter suffered a very unexpected health complication inside this business. The women here JUMPED in and aided her quickly and called for an ambulance. They did it with so much competency and empathy. These are angels. These are amazing women and so grateful they were there.

Am a former employee of Any Lab Test Now. It was an absolute nightmare working there. The owners Chris and Chuck are just mean human beings who no one likes (employees and customers included). Neither one has any medical background, but they like to think they do. They treated employees including me just horribly. Chris wouldnt allow us to take ANY breaks during our 10-11 hour shifts, didnt even allow us to eat any food (so no lunch break ever), would constantly criticize us for being too slow helping customers, the way we talked to customers, even how we placed the paper clips on orders, etc. She was so toxic and just created a miserable atmosphere at the Fishers and Carmel locations. Often, when I was drawing blood or ringing customers up at the register, customers would comment how rude Chris was to us. Also, Chuck and Chris would hire anyone to work there including people with a criminal background, drug history, no transportation to get to work, etc. This in turn created more work on good, reliable employees but they didnt seem to care. The employee turnover was extremely high. Chris would tell us to work harder and faster, but yet would never help lend a hand when we were slammed. Also, they were too cheap to pay for an exterminator when we had a horrendous insect (flies) problem at the Carmel location. Chris didnt really care about cleanliness, and her desk was so messy and unorganized along with food/drink stains all over it. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend working there or even being a customer.

They facility is easy to use. The appointments generally run on time. The 4 star is because not many of the employees introduce themselves or have on name tags. It would be comforting just to know a name. It also would change how medical services are perceived. It just takes little things to make a big difference.

Went here to get a blood test today... I made an appointment online for 11:45 a.m. I arrived on-time and followed the instructions I received via email about wearing a mask before entering. Upon entering the receptionist did not have her mask on properly... it was down below her chin. Im not for enforcing mask mandates, but if you have these rules for your business and are a business that is drawing blood out of peoples bodies, and you dont follow the simple rules, I cant help to wonder what other rules are not being followed. I checked in and sat down... next to two others with no masks, and one other with a mask. shortly after I set down, the receptionist called someone and then went to the back to do their blood work. long story short, the receptionist is the phlebotomist too! while the receptionist/phlebotomist was in the back conducting her phlebotomy work, I heard her answer the phone in the midst of talking to the client that was in front of her. I wonder if she washed her hands between touching the phone and the needle... after asking the current in person client if he wanted a receipt, she immediately came back up to the front desk where another lady was patiently waiting for about 5 minutes. I heard no water running... no opportunity to wash hands between drawing blood, answering a phone, and doing receptionist work. 25 minutes after my appointment the receptionist/phlebotomist called me up to collect money before my blood draw. I asked for my paperwork back and told her how uncomfortable I was with the whole business... her being the receptionist and the phlebotomist at the same time. she said they do everything... as I sat waiting for my turn I read the reviews submitted before mine and the former employees review that talked about how they didnt even get an opportunity to take a lunch. one person was doing everything and I question the sanitariness of the whole thing. I chose to get my labs done elsewhere.

Any Lab Test Now is an extremely cost effective and convenient place for me to get blood work done. Staff is great, quick and organized. I will continue to use them for my lab needs.

This place hit a nerve in my arm when drawling blood and now I have an appointment with neurologist. Have been missing work since I work construction and can’t properly use my right arm now. Now that my results are in I am informed they messed up some of the test and have to come in to give more blood. Don’t go to this hole in the wall!

Tuesday did an amazing job drawing the multitude of blood required for my test! She was professional and very helpful!

I went and got bloodwork on a Friday. It is Thursday of the next week. I called yesterday morning and they told me they hadn’t came back yet. I call again this afternoon to check and they say it came back Monday and they just never sent it out. I’ve been bleeding for 3 months and this last week I’ve lost more blood than ever. I will not choose this place again for blood work

This place is ridiculous went in on 3rd to get blood drawn samples wasn’t pick up was told to come back in to give new a sample on the 13 today is the 15 and still no results was told results should be in today mean while I can’t work till I get my results 119 dollars later this is crazy it’s now after one and have called a least 5 times still no answer I really just want to go back to work with no t.b results no work so mad right now they are playing with my money and we all no how bad it is out here hopefully I will be able to see my patients soon
